ATX Eid Fest has been successfully running the Eid Festival in Austin for 2 years. They usually have about 4000 attendees, 100 volunteers, 250 Food trucks and may activities for the Austin Muslim Community to come and enjoy.

Process

They reached out to us pretty late in their marketing process, they had 3 weeks until the event and only 100 tickets sold. We brought that number up to 6000 which was 180%. increase from last year.
